JasPing - AI Customer Service Agent

JasPing allows businesses to automatically create an AI customer service agent by providing their website or documents. The AI agent interacts with customers across WhatsApp, web chat, and voice calls to answer questions, collect leads, and schedule appointments.

Google API Usage

JasPing uses Google APIs to provide the following features:

Google Calendar: Used exclusively to read your calendar availability and create appointment events on your behalf when customers book meetings through the AI agent.
Google Drive: Used exclusively to upload and store customer-submitted documents and files to your Google Drive workspace.
Google Sheets: Used exclusively to sync customer lead data and contact information to your Google Sheets spreadsheets.
Gmail: Used exclusively to send automated confirmation and notification emails to customers on your behalf.

JasPing does not use your Google data to train AI models. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or from the JasPing dashboard.
